Manager, Shoreditch

Looking for a Manager with extensive speciality coffee and management experience, to run our Shoreditch shops (Cambridge Heath and Hackney road)

This role would suit someone who holds the following qualities:

- Has experience managing a team and is able to foster strong relationships between team members at all levels

- Understands and appreciates the bottom line and has a numbers-driven approach

- Able to adapt easily to change and think quickly on their feet

- Takes pride in shop display and has an eye for detail

- Is able to communicate the Nkora story, offering and products

Confident with dealing with all shop admin:

    - Managing the rota

    - Motivating and training the team

    - Managing stock and ordering, ensuring stock is rotated and meeting demand

    - Meticulous with the cleanliness of the shop and ensuring cleaning checklists are completed

    - Experience with all health and safety regulations and ensuring all documentation is completed.
