Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

☕ Managing the rota – Keeping shifts smooth and efficient.
☕ Motivating & training – Creating a fun, high-performing team.
☕ Stock & ordering – Making sure we’re always fully stocked and using fresh ingredients.
☕ Shop presentation – Ensuring cleanliness and displays are always on point.
☕ Health & safety – Staying on top of all necessary documentation and best practices.
